I'm a CS major here at OSU. The first time I used linux (on my own computer) was back in 2000 if I recall correctly. About 1-2 years later, I became a "full-time linux user". Currently, I use gentoo linux.

I don't think a lot of LUG members know me, but I've been watching the linux mailing list traffic for quite a while. Occasionally, I participate by sending/responding to emails on the list or by attending some of the LUG events (install fests, workshops, ...etc), but other than that, I would say I'm not a very active member (at least at the time of this writing). I hope to participate more in the upcoming LUG events!
